Common Questions
My Wi-Fi is slow — can you fix that?
Usually, yes. Slow Wi-Fi can come from a bad router, poor placement, channel interference, or just too many devices on a network that isn't set up to handle them. We'll figure out what's causing it and fix it — whether that means reconfiguring what you have or recommending better equipment.
Do you sell networking equipment?
Yes. We carry routers, switches, mesh kits, ethernet cable in 250' and 500' rolls, RJ45 jacks and clips, wall plates, toolkits, and other networking essentials. We may not have everything under the sun, but we've got a solid selection — and if we don't have what you need, we can order it. Either way, we'll recommend equipment that actually fits your situation, not whatever has the biggest marketing budget on the shelf at the big-box store.
Can you set up a mesh Wi-Fi system?
Absolutely. We install and configure mesh systems and multi-access-point setups. We'll help you pick the right system and place the nodes where they'll actually do the most good — not just where the box tells you to put them.
Do you do on-site work?
Yes. Networking usually requires being on-site to evaluate the space, run cables if needed, and test coverage. Some configuration and troubleshooting can be done remotely — check out our Remote Support page for that.
Can you help with an existing network that someone else set up?
Yes. We've untangled plenty of networks that were set up by ISP techs, other shops, or well-meaning family members. We'll assess what's there, fix what's broken, and get it configured properly.
I just need my printer to connect to my Wi-Fi — is that something you do?
