What We Fix
HDMI Port Repair
No video output is one of the most common console problems. We replace damaged HDMI ports and get your picture back.
Overheating & Thermal Paste
Console running hot, shutting down, or sounding like a jet engine? Thermal paste replacement and cleaning bring temps back to normal.
Disc Drive Issues
Not reading discs, grinding, making noise, or won't eject? We diagnose and repair disc drive problems across all major consoles.
Power Issues
Won't turn on, random shutdowns, blinking lights, or power supply failures. We trace the issue and get your console running again.
Storage Upgrades
Running out of space? We upgrade internal storage on PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Switch — faster load times and more room for games.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Dust buildup kills consoles over time. We deep-clean the internals, replace thermal paste, and clear out everything that's choking airflow.

How It Works
Bring It In
Drop off your console at the shop. Tell us what's going on — symptoms, when it started, anything you've noticed. Diagnostics are always free.
Diagnose & Quote
We'll open it up, find the root cause, and give you a clear quote. If a repair doesn't make financial sense, we'll tell you that too — honestly.
Repair & Test
Once you approve the work, we fix it and run thorough testing before you pick it up. No guesswork — it works right or it doesn't leave the bench.
Common Questions
How much does console repair cost?
It depends on the issue. Our minimum labor rate is $149, and parts vary depending on what needs replacing. HDMI port repairs, thermal paste jobs, disc drive fixes — they all differ. We diagnose it for free first and give you an exact quote before any work starts. No surprises.
My console has no video output — is that the HDMI port?
Usually, yes. A damaged or loose HDMI port is one of the most common issues we see, especially on PS5 and Xbox. We'll confirm it during the free diagnostic, and if it is the port, we'll replace it. It's a board-level repair, but it's one we do regularly.
What about handhelds like the Steam Deck or ROG Ally?
We'll absolutely look at them — free diagnostics, as always. That said, the most common failures on handheld gaming PCs tend to be board-level, and by the time you factor in parts and labor, the repair cost can approach what a new unit costs. We'll always give you the honest math so you can make the right call.
Do you repair controllers?
We can, but here's the reality: with our minimum labor rate of $149, a standalone controller repair almost never makes financial sense when a new controller costs $60–70. Where it does work is as an add-on — if you're already bringing in your console for repair, we can often address controller issues at the same time for a small additional fee. We'll always be straight with you about what makes sense.
My console sounds like a jet engine — is that bad?
It's not great. That's almost always dust buildup choking the fan and dried-out thermal paste making the system run hotter than it should. The fan ramps up trying to compensate. A deep cleaning and thermal paste replacement usually fixes it completely. Left alone, it'll eventually start overheating and shutting down — better to deal with it sooner than later.
Do you work on retro or older consoles?
We do. We've got RCA-to-HDMI adapters on hand specifically for testing older systems. NES, SNES, N64, Genesis — if you've got an old console that needs some love, bring it in. Same deal as always: free diagnostic, honest assessment, and we'll tell you what it'll take to get it running again. If you're also looking to get it connected to a modern TV, we can help with that too.
