Common Questions
How much does a custom build cost?
It depends entirely on what you need. A basic home or office build will cost a lot less than a high-end gaming rig or professional workstation. We'll give you a full breakdown during the consultation — every part itemized, no guessing, no hidden fees.
How long does it take?
We keep common components in stock, so some builds can come together quickly. If we need to order specific parts — a particular GPU, case, or specialty component — that adds shipping time. Assembly and testing usually takes a day or two once everything's in hand. We'll keep you updated the whole way.
Can I pick my own parts?
Absolutely. If you have specific components in mind, we'll work with that. If you're not sure where to start, we'll recommend everything based on your needs and budget. Either way, you approve the final parts list before we order anything.
Can I bring in parts I already have?
Yes. If you've already got a GPU, drives, a case — whatever it is — we can build around what you have. We'll check compatibility and let you know if anything needs to change. Just note that we can't warranty customer-supplied parts — only the components we source and the assembly itself.
Do you offer warranties on custom builds?
Individual components come with their manufacturers' warranties, and we stand behind our assembly and labor. If something goes wrong, bring it back — we'll take care of it.
I already have a PC that needs upgrading — can you help with that instead?
That's a different service but absolutely — check out our Hardware Upgrades page. If a few upgrades can get your current machine where it needs to be, that's usually the smarter move.
