1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services, website, applications, or communication channels operated by HaniTech Solutions LLC, doing business as PC Reps ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We provide computer repair, IT solutions, managed IT services, hardware and software sales, and related technical services ("Services"). We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Services performed by PC Reps on customer devices or equipment are subject to our Service Agreement, which is provided at the time of intake and governs the repair relationship, including policies on estimates, payment, device handling, data, warranties, and liability.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to:

Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security measures.

6. Device Ownership & Authorization
By requesting service, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the device or equipment being serviced, or that you are authorized by the owner to request such service. PC Reps is not responsible for verifying ownership and reserves the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization is in question.

7. Diagnostics & Estimates
All diagnostics and repair estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are based on initial assessment and are not guaranteed. If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, we will make every effort to contact you for authorization before proceeding. 8. Data Loss & Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for loss or corruption of data, programs, or user configurations during or after service. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting a device for repair. Additionally, PC Reps is not liable for the failure of components due to pre-existing damage, wear, or age discovered during the repair process. Full details are outlined in our Service Agreement.

9. Messaging & Communication
By providing your phone number, you may consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from PC Reps via SMS, MMS, RCS, or other messaging channels.
Program Name: PC Reps Service Notifications
Types of Messages: Repair status updates (check-in confirmation, diagnostics complete, ready for pickup), estimates and invoices, appointment reminders, verification codes, questions about your device or service, and occasional promotional offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per repair order, plus any additional messages you initiate or that are required to complete your service.

10. Payment & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy as outlined in our Service Agreement. Full payment terms, including policies on deposits, special orders, rush fees, returned checks, and late payment, are detailed in the Service Agreement.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to HaniTech Solutions LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or services.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaniTech Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaniTech Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Elko County, Nevada.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Elko County, Nevada.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
