FIRST: Call, email or text us to book an appointment - click here.

Once we have confirmed a date and time with you, proceed to step 2

Click on the blue download button

Open the download

Double click the TeamViewer icon in the new window

Click the open button on the new window that pops-up

Accept the EULA and click "Continue".

In this section, TeamViewer needs to request access in order for an outside source to control your Mac.

There are three separate requests for access in this window:

Screen Recording
-
Accessability
-
Full Disk Access
-

Complete steps 6-8 until all access requests turn green

Click on one of the "Request Access" boxes

Click the "Open System Preferences" button on the next window

Ensure the lock in the lower left corner is unlocked by clicking on it and entering your computer password

Check the box next to TeamViewer in the window, then close the "Security & Privacy" windows

Repeat steps 6-8 until all requests have a green light

Tell the technician on the phone your ID and password that displays on your screen and the tech will soon be connected.
